My name is Herrick, 17 years old. I have worked out for 3 years, with some long breaks due to school. The reason why I love working out is that it makes me sweat, and I love to stay fit. I gained 30 pounds since I started, and I’m slowly rising up. The weights I use may not be as impressive as my friend Wilson’s, but I know how much my body can handle, and push it to the very limit. Over that period, not only have I gained strength, I also learned many things while working out, and I would hope to share them with you guys. One important tip I can give to the newbies is that when you first start out, you may feel small and weak in the gym, but keep this in mind: everyone is in the gym for their own goals, they will not judge you on how big and powerful you are, just do what you want to do J
