Hi, this is Gym Advice for teens and beginners, this is for all the people who aren't sure of what to do at the gym to begin with and you don't have access to a trainer. Keep in mind we're not professionals or certified personal trainers ourselves, we're just regular people who've been working out for some years, and want to share the knowledge of what we've learnt to other people. We will discuss meals, how to set up your routine, how to change it up, best exercises for each muscle group, what not to do while you're dedicated to working out, and many more. Our next post will be an introduction to the my friend and I, who we are, why we have advice to give, and pretty much just a description of us. Stay tuned!
