Introduction Part 1


Hello everyone! I'm sorry for the long wait but things been busy. My name is Wilson, I'm 17 years old, been working out since Dec 2009, so it's almost been 2 years since I've started. I've gained from 180lbs to 230lbs. I've started at benching 10 reps of 90lbs to 205 lbs. Squatting starting at 135lbs to 295lbs. Leg pressing 400lbs to 1050lbs. Dumbbell pressing 20's to 100's. The most important thing for you to know when you start working out, is to never slack, never stop. The day you slack and take a day off, that's when your friends get big, and you don't. Don't ask guys how they do it, when you aren't in the gym working almost every day, that's how they do it, when you aren't there. In the almost 2 years I've started, I've took only one break week, which was just last week (Aug 2011) due to a family trip to a place with no gym... But a week break every ONCE in a while is fine, but more of that later. Many people ask me what supplements I take. I will explain thoroughly on supplements later on what is what. But to answer, I take Gold Standard 100% Whey by Optimum Nutrition.
